FluentCommunity does not process payments on its own. Instead, it connects to a dedicated payment plugin, which handles the checkout, the transaction, and any ongoing subscription. FluentCommunity then listens for a successful payment and grants the buyer access to the Space or Course you linked to that product.

This separation means you keep full control of your store, your tax settings, and your payment gateways, while enrolment stays automatic.
